- Plan, supervise, and execute internal audits of financial statements, income, and cash flows in line with IFRSs and applicable accounting frameworks.
- Conduct regular audits to evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and ensure compliance; develop and implement audit strategies.
- Perform cost audits, including monthly transport bill verification.
- Review internal control manuals, processes, and risk assessments as per HQ GARM team’s Risk Register.
- Verify local vendor payables as per the audit schedule.
- Conduct treasury audits, including bank reconciliations, cash receipts, and payments.
- Audit HR processes including staff changes, payroll, increments, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Income Tax Ordinance 2017, Sales Tax Act 1990, EOBI, PESSI, etc.).
- Prepare audit observation reports, follow up on findings, and ensure timely closure.
- Complete monthly receivables audits per approved credit policies.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
