5. Key tasks project and Investment plan assurance as per timeline.
6. Weekly meeting presentation review.
7. Meeting efficiency assurance as per given target from the management side.
8. SOPs assurance as per plan new SOPs development and existing SOPs implementation.
9. Meeting and reporting management efficiency.
10. Monthly meeting presentation making and assure the MOMs follow up with all concerns.
11. Monthly, Half year and annual Business plan meeting arrangement and assure Business plan activity as per timeline.
12. Management staff head count assurance against budget and reduce the Turn over ratio of key position.
13. Annual budget preperation and following the budget timeline as per requirement.
14. Leading overall HR/Operation and safety team of Factory/Department.
15. Workers management projects and team building activity.
16. Department evaluation on monthly basis and sharing information with all concerns.
