Factory Operation Section Incharge

This includes preparing detailed reports on budget gaps and achievements, ensuring correct KPI auditing, and enforcing standard operating procedures across departments. Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly analysis of the division's budget to track financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Plan, implement, and monitor factory 6S and safety programs to provide a secure and organized work environment for all employees.
• Perform detailed monthly budget analysis by department and generate reports highlighting gaps, variances, and achievements.
• Evaluate ongoing projects and departmental activities weekly and monthly to ensure alignment with operational goals and timelines.
• Audit key performance indicators on a monthly basis to confirm their accuracy and drive improvements in operational efficiency.
• Oversee major projects and investment plans, ensuring all key tasks are completed according to the approved schedule.
• Participate in and lead weekly meetings, reviewing presentations and ensuring effective communication of progress and issues.
• Ensure that meetings meet targeted efficiency standards as defined by management, fostering productive and goal-oriented discussions.
• Manage the development of new standard operating procedures while ensuring the effective implementation of existing SOPs across departments.
• Coordinate and manage meeting schedules, prepare monthly presentation materials, and monitor the follow-up on meeting minutes with all relevant stakeholders.
• Organize and execute monthly, semi-annual, and annual business plan meetings, ensuring that all business plan activities adhere to established timelines.
• Monitor and control management staff headcount in line with budget constraints while implementing strategies to reduce turnover rates in critical positions.
• Prepare the annual budget and ensure timely adherence to budget planning and execution.
• Lead and supervise the HR, operations, and safety teams within the factory to ensure cohesive and efficient departmental function.
• Implement worker management initiatives and team-building activities to strengthen workforce engagement and productivity.
• Regularly evaluate departmental performance and share relevant information with stakeholders to promote transparency and continuous improvement.
