Plan and issue materials as per production orders for Assembly, Bending, and Injection Molding lines to ensure uninterrupted production.

Control material rejections and shortages by preparing daily reports, arranging quality-approved parts, and managing daily/monthly claims with Chinese counterparts.

Execute SAP (PP/WMS) transactions including production order issuance, material postings, COGI error analysis, and month-end system closing.

Coordinate with Inventory, Local Material Planning, and supporting departments to meet daily production targets and ensure timely material availability.

Monitor inventory health through FG/SFG pick analysis, over-aging reports, and actions to reduce crippled and excess stock.

Standardize processes and reporting by preparing SOPs, operational reports, and performing tasks assigned by HOD to improve efficiency.
