Reconcile SAP Bill of Materials (BOMs) with physical packing lists to ensure alignment between system and actual material usage.
Coordinate with R&D and Inventory departments for verification and issuance of material codes and quantities.
Manage Input/Output transactions in SAP and control miscellaneous material movements for accurate inventory flow.
Oversee PMC-side responsibilities for New Product Development (NPD) to ensure timely material planning and execution.
Monitor consumption of multi-measure items and initiate BOM updates in coordination with R&D.
Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare accurate stock take reports.
Coordinate with the Quality department to resolve rejection issues, follow up on status, and ensure timely dispatch of rejected items to suppliers.
Conduct meetings with local suppliers to address rejections and implement preventive actions.
Maintain detailed rejection records and consult relevant SBUs for corrective solutions to minimize material loss.
Regularly monitor and resolve COGI (Controlling Goods Issue) errors in SAP to ensure system accuracy.
Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
