Monthy expesne summary and cost analysis to be prepared for management review.
Staff and Labour transport operational and cost control.
House keeping and Gardening operational contol.
Visa related matters operations efficiency and control.
Staff mess and canteen management.
Pool cars manangement and operational control.
Record room managment and control.
Assist in annual admin departmental budget.
Colony management & Delegation Handling.
Support for Liason and coordinate with Govt. agencies for business activities like, immigration etc..
Support in manage and coordinate Air Ticketing, Lodging, Boarding for Management.
Support in arranging invitation letters for company officials visiting Abroad for Management.
