Accounts Associate - P1

Haier is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Associate - P1 with at least 2 years of experience to join its finance team. This role involves maintaining and updating employee sales records with accuracy and managing various accounting functions such as processing monthly bank recoveries, recording bank-related expenses, and reconciling sales returns. The position requires proficiency in handling transactions within SAP, including preparing sales returns, creating sales orders, and managing invoice records. The incumbent will also be responsible for managing scrap sales and CSD sales transactions efficiently to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial information. This role includes the responsibility of preparing debit notes and coordinating effectively with customers and other parties to ensure their timely issuance. The Accounts Associate will perform a variety of accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by senior staff. As a team leader managing a group of three associates, the candidate will foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes accuracy, adherence to financial policies, and process improvements. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work methodically with financial data are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee sales records accurately to ensure precise data tracking.
Process monthly bank recoveries and record all related bank expenses promptly and correctly.
Prepare and document sales returns in SAP, ensuring all files are complete and accessible.
Create Sales Orders within SAP and maintain comprehensive invoice records for financial integrity.
Reconcile sales returns regularly to verify correctness and resolve discrepancies.
Manage scrap sales and CSD sales transactions through the system, maintaining proper documentation.
Prepare Debit Notes accurately and coordinate with customers and related parties for their timely issuance.
Collaborate with the finance team to perform additional accounting tasks as assigned by senior management.
Lead and supervise a team of three associates, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality performance.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures, promoting best practices within the team.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounts payable and receivable functions.
Maintain a systematic approach to data entry and financial reporting to support audit readiness.
