We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to oversee the operations of our new storage warehouse and spearhead its marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and a strong sales acumen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing warehouse operations, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and driving customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and space utilization.
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and reporting.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and warehouse standards.
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures for warehouse operations.
