We are looking for skilled and motivated Machine Operators (Multiple Positions) for our Tetra Pak Juice Plant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operations of Tetra Pak juice processing and filling equipment to optimize production efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Multiple positions for Operators of below Tetra Pak Juice Processing & Filling machines are open.
- Tetra Pak Juice processing equipment
- Tetra Pak (A3 Speed) filling machine
- Tetra Pak (A3 Prisma) filling machine
- Tetra Pak Straw Applicator
- Tetra Pak Cardboard Packer & Shrink Machine
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure efficient and smooth production of fruit juices.
- Set up machines according to production requirements, including adjustments for different product specifications.
- Conduct regular checks and inspections to maintain machine functionality and prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams to resolve production issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs of machine performance and output.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical/instrumentation technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience as a machine operator with Tetra Pak processing & filling machines in the beverage or food processing industry.
- Technical knowledge of machine operations and mechanical/electrical principles.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures meticulously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
