We are looking for skilled and motivated Tetra Pak Juice Plant Supervisor to oversee our Juice Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operations of Tetra Pak juice processing and Filling equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of operators, technicians and production workers on assigned shifts.
  • Ensure efficient operation of juice processing equipment, Tetra Pak filling & packaging machines adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance tasks for processing, filling & packaging equipment and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, ensuring prompt repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor production metrics and adjust workflow as needed to meet production targets.
  • Train and mentor production & maintenance staff to enhance skills and promote a culture of continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of production & maintenance activities, equipment history, and inventory of spare parts and prepare reports for management.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering, instrumentation technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years a supervisor or team leader in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in food processing or beverage industry.
  • Knowledge of Tetra Pak Juice processing, Filling and Packaging equipment is must.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve high performance standards.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and instrumentation schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
  •  Experience with troubleshooting complex mechanical/electrical and instrumentation issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
