Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and supply chain requirements.
Lead a team of three procurement professionals to execute sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation activities efficiently.
Conduct detailed spend analysis and procurement planning to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Manage supplier relationships through effective communication, performance monitoring, and risk assessments to maintain reliable supply channels.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring favorable pricing, quality, and delivery conditions while mitigating risks.
Utilize contract management software and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle to manage purchase orders, contract lifecycle, and procurement documentation.
Oversee supplier performance management using supplier risk assessment techniques and strategic supplier relationship management practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand organizational needs and develop category management strategies that optimize procurement activities.
Ensure strict adherence to procurement policies, compliance requirements, and risk management standards in all procurement undertakings.
Continuously assess and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in line with business goals.
