As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be a key member of our dynamic sales team, responsible for promoting and selling our products or services over the phone. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and overcoming challenges.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
