We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Coordinator. As the HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce management processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  2. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  4. Provide support in HR policy development, implementation, and enforcement.
  5. Coordinate employee training sessions and development programs.
  6. Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  7. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  8. Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance overall employee satisfaction and company culture.
  9. Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Skills Required:
