Floor Manager

Global Visa Agent (In Pakistan it is registered as GVA BPO Pvt. Ltd.) is a UK-based visa consultancy company. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual for the Manager position to handle the teams (Customer support representative’s teams and visa application processing teams) at our Islamabad office with excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of the English language and computer basics.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum B.A / B.Sc or equivalent degree or higher

Language: British accent.

Experience: Minimum 3 year experience in teams managing in English Call center.

Should have know-how about Handling customers via inbound calls.
Evaluate the problems and complaints of the callers and provide proper solutions to them.
Capable of taking calls within a week.
