Gulzar Centre is seeking a reliable and trustworthy Property Administrator to oversee and manage the daily operations of its property portfolio. This role involves maintaining strong tenant relations, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards, and managing tenant communications effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent conflict resolution and mediation skills to address tenant disputes professionally. With at least one year of related experience, the Property Administrator will coordinate a team of five personnel to ensure smooth property management and uphold the highest service standards. In this position, the Property Administrator acts as the primary point of contact for tenants and internal teams, overseeing compliance requirements and facilitating communication channels to foster a positive living and working environment. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts tactfully. Leadership capabilities are essential to guide and support the team, drive process improvements, and maintain operational efficiency at the Gulzar Centre.
Responsibilities

  • Manage tenant relations by serving as the main contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to property management and tenant agreements.
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of five members, providing direction, support, and performance management.
  • Handle tenant dispute resolution by applying mediation techniques to address conflicts promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with tenants to provide updates and manage expectations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve tenant communication management and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor property conditions and coordinate with maintenance and service teams to ensure safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, complaints, and resolutions to support continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections in compliance with applicable laws and company standards.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in tenant relations, compliance, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support property management objectives.
