Responsibilities

Review and correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and syntax errors in a variety of texts to ensure flawless and polished content.

Apply knowledge of typography, structural layout, and digital print production workflows to optimize text presentation.
Utilize proofreading methodologies and text editing tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat efficiently.
Collaborate with authors, editors, and designers to clarify ambiguous or unclear content and improve overall quality.
Check for adherence to style guides and ensure that all materials comply with company standards and publication requirements.
