- Building, Maintaining and Retaining Healthy Business relations with Foreign Suppliers.
- Handling Suppliers queries for their Satisfaction and for Creating New Business Avenues.
- Negotiate Contract terms of Agreement and Pricing.
- Request for Quotation in a timely manner as per customer’s requirement and compare prices to estimate budgets for purchases.
- Follow up of daily pending matters/inquiries/feedbacks.
- To keep an eye on monthly import data to enhance our business where possible.
- Ensure to timely send complete details of orders to suppliers and communicate to concern departments for further proceedings.
- Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor
