The CSR Sales Support role is designed for individuals who can help integrate corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals into the sales process, supporting the sales team with insights, resources, and administrative assistance. This role is crucial in ensuring that CSR initiatives align with the company's sales strategies, contributing to revenue growth and positive social impact.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Team Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, managing customer data, and creating sales documentation that highlights CSR initiatives.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and deliver impactful CSR-focused messages to clients and potential customers, emphasizing the company's commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
  • Data and Reporting: Track CSR initiatives within the sales pipeline, compile reports on CSR-related sales impact, and ensure that CSR metrics are included in sales performance reviews.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the CSR and Sales departments to ensure that CSR initiatives are integrated effectively into the sales strategy.
  • Market Research: Research CSR trends, customer preferences, and competitive CSR initiatives to help tailor sales messaging.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that sales activities related to CSR comply with industry standards, policies, and company values.
  • Training and Development: I will assist in developing training materials for the sales team to educate them on CSR initiatives and how to incorporate CSR elements into customer conversations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Environmental Studies, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support, CSR, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Knowledge: Understanding of CSR concepts and their integration into business practices; experience with customer-focused and/or sales support environments.
  • Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, and proactive, with a passion for CSR and the ability to convey its value within a business context.
