Currently, we are in the hiring process for potential as well as self-motivated individuals to apply for the position of BPO Call Center representative. In this capacity, you will be called upon to ensure that the clients receive the best care they deserve. You will be receiving calls both incoming and outgoing, to attend to your clients’ concerns, address their concerns and ensure they are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer clients’ calls promptly and professionally. 
  • Understand the needs of the client, explain information, investigate issues, and provide recommendations. 
  • Ensure clients have accurate information by utilizing firm policies and procedures. 
  • Standard of professionalism and customer service should always be maintained at the highest level.
  • Take any outstanding issues to the appropriate supervisors or departments. 
  • Focus on goals that are connected to client satisfaction and solving issues during the first call.

Requirements:

  • a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ideally, the candidate should have previous work experience in a call center or as a customer service representative.
  • Proficient in communication skills, especially in terms of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to pay close attention on details and possess good analytical skills.
  •  Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment; 
  • Computer operation and ability to work simultaneously on different tasks.
  • Freshers can apply.
