We are looking for a Sales Rep for a tech startup based in Australia that provides online marketplace and delivery solutions for home made food prepared by home-chefs. Role would be 100% work from home.
Key responsibilities would be:
- Deliver standard sales pitch (pre defined messages) to home-chefs and drivers via Facebook and Insta messenger
- Calling the home-chefs and drivers to deliver sales pitch and turn leads into sales by getting home-chefs and drivers registered on the platform
- Help home-chefs set up their menu on the app
- Assist and respond to customers on their queries/ complaints including management of company mailbox
- Training and onboarding of our customers as and when required. Coordinating with the customers to ensure full understanding of the platform
- Write and update FAQs/ other key information for the platform
- Act as platform admin to grant access to customers and send follow-ups for registration
- Managing the social media platforms and update company posts (content would be provided mostly but some ppt. Skills are required to review basic content).
- Sharing Facebook page content to relevant Facebook groups
- Attend phone calls from customers and provide resolution
Role requires good communication and English language skills including speaking / writing. Working hours would be 2pm to 8pm sydney time.

- Get 100 home chefs registered at GrubUP app across Australia
- Get 100 drivers registered at GrubUP app for delivery
- Get 1000 customer app downloads
