Shift Details:
- Day Shift: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- Night Shift: 06:00 PM to 02:00 AM
Requirements:
- Should be highly skilled in “writing” and “communicating” in English.
- Have past experience in outbound sales through eMails and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
- Send proposals on Upwork as soon as jobs are posted.
- Build a comprehensive leads list by scouring the internet.
- Find personalization details for cold email (thorough guidance will be provided).
- Send LinkedIn connection requests and in mails to high-value prospects using Sales Navigator.
- Reply to cold emails as they come in, categorizing them into separate folders.
- Use templated replies for “not interested” responses and escalate interested replies to the sales manager.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of proposals sent to qualified job posts per day.
- Number of LinkedIn connection requests sent per day.
- Timely responses to emails.
Salary:
- Competitive salary starting from 50,000 PKR – negotiable based on experience.
