- Manage the sales Team.
- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the Company
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
- Preparation to participate in the Tender from the very start to till end.
- Provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support services to the team.
- Costing and Preparation of Quotations for the customers for their RFQs and take regular fellow up regarding them.
- Prepare Forecasts and Budgets for the company.
- Develop Business Affiliations with Multinational Brands and get their Representation for the Organization.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Persuading clients that a product satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
- Analyzing costs and sales for the product.
- Preparing sales reports for head office.
- Represent the company and give presentations in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
- Researching options and requesting quotes for outsourced components for projects or custom products.
