HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a background in freight forwarding or call center operations to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in developing HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives
Manage the recruitment process for roles in freight forwarding or call center operations
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
Handle employee relations issues and guide conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the freight forwarding or call center industry
Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related needs and challenges
Manage performance evaluation processes and provide feedback to employees
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
Implement training initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Manager in the freight forwarding or call center industry
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws relevant to freight forwarding or call center operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives
