Procurement Management: Place orders with suppliers and manufacturers to replenish inventory based on forecasted demand and sales data.

Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels regularly and ensure optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Supplier Relationships: Maintain and build strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and ensure timely deliveries.

Order Coordination: Coordinate with the fulfillment center team to ensure timely receipt of goods and verify the accuracy of incoming orders.

Cost Control: Monitor purchasing budgets and costs, aiming to optimize expenditure and improve profit margins.

Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and plan orders accordingly.

Documentation: Ensure all purchase orders, contracts, and related documents are accurately maintained and updated in the system.

Issue Resolution: Handle any discrepancies or issues with suppliers, deliveries, or inventory and ensure swift resolution.

Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on purchasing activity, stock levels, and supplier performance.
