As a Senior PHP Developer at Grip Electric Limited, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and services. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and other developers to bring our ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable PHP code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ensure the security and data protection of our applications.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure knowledge sharing.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your expertise and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, suggesting improvements to our development processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a PHP Developer
- Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel (or other PHP frameworks), and MySQL.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Solid understanding of web application security best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
