Green Wish Consultants is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to successfully onboarding candidates. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that Green Wish Consultants continues to attract and retain the best professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans to meet the organization's staffing needs.
  2. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  3. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
  5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
  6. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to senior management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role.
  3. In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interview methods, and candidate assessment.
  4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  5. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  7. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  8. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates within specified timelines.
  9. Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements.
  10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
