Green Wish Consultants is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to successfully onboarding candidates. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans to meet the organization's staffing needs.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interview methods, and candidate assessment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates within specified timelines.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
