We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales/Lead Generator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales and leads through outbound calls to potential customers. The role requires a strong focus on achieving targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales and leads
- Follow a scripted sales process to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets for sales and lead generation
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation in a call center environment preferred but freshies are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with customers and overcome objections
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Freshies are welcome to apply as well, training will be provided.
Work Timings - 3am to 11pm, Monday to Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad
Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
