We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with all technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, design, and execution of electrical engineering projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Ensure projects are completed in accordance with Pakistani electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in the power, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and codes in Pakistan.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, with a focus on cost control and timely delivery.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.
