Business Development Officer (BDO)

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and people-oriented Business Development Officers to join Mobilink Microfinance bank’s field sales team. As a BDO, you will be the face of the bank in your territory responsible for acquiring new customers, opening accounts, and driving deposit mobilization on the ground. This is a high-energy, target-driven role best suited to someone who thrives in a field environment and takes pride in building relationships.

What We Are Looking For

A confident, self-starter with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales and financial services. Prior experience in field sales, banking, or a customer-facing role is an advantage but not essential — we welcome fresh graduates with the right attitude. Candidates must be based in or able to work across their assigned city (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faislabad, Multan, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Mardan, Sukkur, Hyderabad and Quetta) and be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

What the Job Consists Of

Acquiring new customers and opening bank accounts within your assigned territory
Promoting current and savings account acquisition, along with other banking products (savings, loan, and digital banking etc.) to individuals and small businesses
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly account-opening and deposit targets
Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers
Conducting field visits, door-to-door outreach, and community engagement activities
Ensuring all documentation and KYC requirements are completed accurately
Reporting daily activity and progress to your line manager
Representing the bank professionally in all customer and community interactions

Salary: PKR 50,000/month + Commission + Fuel Allowance
