6. Implement A/B testing strategies to continually improve ad performance and return on investment (ROI).
7. Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and high-converting ad creatives.
8. Utilize analytics tools to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
9. Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and optimization based on data-driven insights.
10. Stay informed about best practices in digital marketing and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Google Ads specialist with a successful track record of managing and optimizing campaigns.
3. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display, video, and shopping campaigns.
4. Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant analytics tools.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to make informed decisions.
6. Excellent understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
7. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and contribute innovative ideas.
8. Strong communication skills to effectively convey campaign performance and recommendations.
9. Google Ads certification is a plus.
10. Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms is advantageous.
