Graphic Designer

Al Falah Estate & Builders, based in Bahria Town, Lahore, is looking for a skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The working hours are from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday through Thursday, with Fridays off. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design capabilities and the ability to create engaging, professional, and brand-consistent graphics tailored for various digital and marketing platforms within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities.
- Develop creative designs that ensure brand consistency and uphold the company’s visual identity.
- Produce marketing materials such as property/project creatives, presentations, brochures, and other promotional content.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and social media teams to generate innovative concepts and ideas.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends and evolving digital marketing requirements to maintain fresh and relevant work.

Required Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, branding, and visual communication principles.
- Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work is essential.
