We're building a creative agency for brands that are tired of looking, sounding, and posting like everyone else. We work across branding, social media, content, and digital marketing , with one simple rule: Boring is not an option. We're early in our journey, which means there's plenty of room to experiment, grow, and actually make an impact. We like big ideas, weird concepts, sharp visuals, internet culture, and creative work that makes people stop scrolling. The Role We're looking for a CREATIVE Graphic Designer who understands that social media design is more than: “Make it aesthetic.” You'll create social posts, carousels, ads, campaign creatives, brand content, and whatever ridiculous-but-brilliant idea comes next. You'll need to: Turn ideas into bold, scroll-stopping visuals. Understand why a design works not just make it look good. Have a strong grasp of typography, composition, hierarchy, spacing, color, and visual storytelling. Design for different brands while keeping their personality intact. Keep up with social media, design trends, and internet culture. Take feedback, improve your work, and bring your own ideas to the table. Know when a design needs more thought and when it just needs to stop being a pineapple. Basically: We don't just want someone who can design. We want someone who can THINK. What We're Looking For You MUST have: A proper Behance portfolio . Solid understanding of basic design fundamentals . Original work. We want to see what you can actually create. Understanding of social media and digital design. Ability to turn an idea into a strong visual. Attention to detail. Portfolio Rule Behance portfolio = REQUIRED. Google Drive links will NOT be accepted. Please stop traumatizing HR with Google Drive folders. Bonus points if you understand memes, internet culture, can develop concepts, or know your way around Photoshop and Illustrator. We're NOT looking for template-dependent designers or “Sir, kindly following up” merchants. If your creative process is: Brief → Template → Export → Done ...we probably aren't your people.
