Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of requests and adherence to service level agreements.
Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to transactions or data entry.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Follow established procedures and compliance requirements for all banking operations.
Assist with training and onboarding new team members as required.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
