We seek a skilled and experienced cook to join our hotel team in Pakistan. The candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious and high-quality meals for our guests, ensuring that all food is cooked to perfection and served promptly. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Pakistani cuisine, continental dishes, and other international cuisines.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
- Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Monitor food production to ensure that all dishes are prepared promptly.
- Work with other kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared and served on time.
- Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cook in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Experience preparing Pakistani cuisine, continental dishes, and other international cuisines.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field is preferred.
