GrabNCart is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our expanding IT company. This role requires proficiency in graphic design and video editing to produce visually compelling and engaging multimedia content. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop graphics and videos that enhance brand identity and captivate audiences. With at least two years of professional experience, the candidate should demonstrate a strong command of design software and video production tools, aligning with the evolving digital and social media landscape.
This position involves managing a team of eight creative professionals, requiring effective leadership and coordination skills to deliver projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards. The candidate will lead the creative process from conceptualization through execution, ensuring that all outputs are consistent with the companys marketing and branding strategies. Collaborative project management and the ability to inspire and develop team members are essential components of this role.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality graphics and visual assets for digital platforms including websites, social media, and advertisements.
- Lead video editing projects from raw footage to final cut using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Develop engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative multimedia campaigns.
- Manage and mentor a creative team of eight persons, assigning tasks and ensuring workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all design and video content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in graphic design and video production to maintain innovative and fresh content.
- Review and approve creative materials produced by the team to maintain consistency and quality.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Coordinate with external vendors or freelance contributors when additional resources or expertise is required.
