We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Paramedic to join a high-performance team operating in challenging environments. This role involves frontline medical support, evacuation coordination, preventive care, and health record management in field conditions. The ideal candidate is a medically trained professional ready to contribute their expertise in high-stakes, mission-driven settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate medical assistance at the company or unit level.
- Assist in the evacuation of injured or ill personnel to appropriate medical facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of all medical incidents and treatments.
- Lead preventive health programs to minimize the risk of illness in the field.
- Conduct training sessions in tactical and emergency medicine.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English or Spanish.
- Completion of secondary, specialized secondary, or higher medical education.
- Physically and mentally fit for work in high-pressure, hazardous conditions.
- No history of substance abuse (alcohol or drugs).
- Prior military or emergency field experience is an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Training stipend: $500 USD
- Active duty compensation: $1,100 – $2,800 USD per month (based on assignment location)
- Additional frontline duty bonus: $1,670 USD for every 30 days served in high-risk zones.
- Full month of specialized training with professional field instructors.
- Comprehensive coverage including food, equipment, accommodation, medical and social security support.
- Financial compensation in the event of injury.
- 30 days of paid annual leave, with additional leave available for family-related needs.
