Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, professional networks, job boards) and offline methods (e.g., career fairs, referrals).
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidates\' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assessments.
  • Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and keep them informed of their application status.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, in-person).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
