Job Specification:
Minimum 6 years of in manufacturing with experience in lean manufacturing. Must be hodling Masters Degree in Engineering or preferable in Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for Manufacturing activities across the business
- Implement lean manufacturing strategy.
- Review processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance
- Evaluate the challenges faced by the manufacturing and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities
- Prepare departmental annual budget and present to management for approval.
- Lead, develop and implement variable cost productivity programs across all areas of responsibility
- Provide leadership to departments under control and coach, mentor and develop reporting team
- Prepare the annual Manufacturing budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals
