As a Mern Hire at Good, you will be responsible for developing full-stack web applications using the MERN stack, which includes MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You have a solid understanding of these technologies and are eager to leverage your skills to create high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly applications. You will collaborate closely with other team members and stakeholders to ensure that the applications meet both client and user needs. Your role focuses on coding, debugging, and implementing new features while maintaining existing code bases. Additionally, your experience brings valuable insights that can help shape project strategies and enhance application performance, but this position does not entail managing a team directly. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain front-end architecture to support user interface concepts using React.js.
Design and implement server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js to ensure fast and efficient processing.
Establish and maintain databases using MongoDB that are optimized for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and applications.
Identify and fix bugs or performance bottlenecks in application code, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
Work closely with project management to estimate effort, manage timelines, and prioritize features.
Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality coding practices and maintain coding standards within the team.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and enhance existing skills related to the MERN stack.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on best practices.
Participate in team meetings to share ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
