We are in search of a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, accounts receivables, payables, and be proficient in using Microsoft Excel. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a US-based company, contributing to the growth and success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software or spreadsheets.
Accounts Receivables: Process customer invoices, ensure timely collections, and maintain accounts receivable records.
Accounts Payables: Manage vendor invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts payable.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data and transactions into the accounting system.
Tax Compliance: Assist with tax filings and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making and cost control.
Excel Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial calculations, reports, and data analysis.
Communication: Collaborate with the finance team in the United States during their working hours, providing updates and reports as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with accounts receivables and payables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work overnight in Pakistan (American time zone).
- Prior experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
