Looking for Site Supervisor (Civil) for multiple projects in Karachi, Bahawalpur, & Islamabad. Experience related to Building & External Infrastructure including Roads will be preferred.

Requirements:

DAE Civil or Equivalent
Min Experience – 5 years in construction of Buildings, External Infrastructure, & Roads.
The candidates must be self-driven, possess initiative and dynamic
Must have computer literacy especially MS offices
Sound knowledge of Structure & Finishing Civil Works including Carpentry, Paint, External Plaster, Floor Works, Window Works, Asphalt Works, Sub Base etc.
Labor management skills are a must
Ability to read drawings and technical specifications and their understanding
Past experience in management and successful completion of Building, External Infrastructure, & Roads projects

Responsibilities:

Supervise site work independently
Supervise site staff including company supervisors, company labor, and sub-contractors
Liaise with consultant and client staff at the site
Develop procedures and SOPs to ensure that no wastage and/or pilferage of building material takes place at the site
Supervise construction works as per design and specifications while ensuring the required quality
Check and direct on-site labor
Monitor all Sub Contractors’ work progress and dealing
Write Daily Progress Reports & Company Labor Utilization
