Our fast-growing brokerage firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Introductory Broker. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and business development skills, have in-depth knowledge of the financial industry, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong network of potential clients in the United States
- Effectively introduce potential clients to our brokerage services through phone and email communication
- Schedule appointments for clients to speak with our expert traders
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Stay informed of market trends and developments to better serve our clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- In-depth knowledge or willingness to learn of the financial industry, including Forex, stocks, commodities, crypto, and indices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
