We are seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Representative to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for converting leads generated through our website into sales and providing exceptional customer support throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
- Review and manage leads received via forms submitted on our website through our CRM.
- Prioritize and follow up on leads promptly.
Sales Conversion:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to discuss their needs and promote our services.
- Effectively communicate the value of our offerings to close sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Customer Support:
- Onboard customers and provide ongoing support during their trip planning and execution.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to help improve our services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
