Gold Times Accessories seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations for its expanding mobile phone accessories business. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory management, dispatch operations, and supervising a team of 10 staff members to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment. This role requires strong leadership to assign tasks, monitor productivity, and maintain operational discipline while coordinating closely with procurement, sales, logistics, and courier partners.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field and has at least five years of warehouse management experience, preferably in mobile accessories, electronics, retail, or distribution sectors. Proficiency in warehouse management systems, ERP tools, inventory control, and reporting software like MS Excel is essential. The Warehouse Manager will maintain warehouse standards, optimize space utilization, analyze operational performance, and drive continuous improvements to reduce errors and operational costs.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain stock accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Supervise a team of 10 warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and enforce operational discipline and safety standards.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics by collaborating with procurement, sales teams, logistics partners, and couriers to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor fast-moving stock keeping units (SKUs) and optimize warehouse space utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure timely order processing and guarantee on-time deliveries to meet customer expectations.
- Implement and maintain warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and housekeeping practices.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements to reduce operational errors and lower costs.
- Prepare and present detailed operational and inventory reports to management for review and decision making.
- Manage high-volume, multi-SKU inventory operations effectively, adapting workflows to meet changing demands.
