Customer Engagement

  • Initiate interactions: Warmly greet and engage customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Jewelry Showcase: Expertly curate and present relevant jewelry pieces, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Active Listening: Attentively listen to customer desires and budget constraints, tailoring recommendations accordingly.

Sales and Order Management

  • Order Facilitation: Guide customers through the purchase process, efficiently handling order placement and payment.
  • Jewelry Repair Liaison: Facilitate jewelry repair needs, explaining options and coordinating with the repair team.
  • Order Status: Proactively track order and repair completion, keeping customers informed and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Suggest complementary items or upgrades that enhance the customers experience and increase sales.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the stores inventory, including materials, gemstones, styles, and trends.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess basic knowledge of jewelry care and maintenance, offering guidance to customers.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

  • Literacy in Computer

    • Proficiency in utilizing computer systems and software applications relevant to the scope of the job.

    English Language Proficiency

    • Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

    Excellent Communication Skills

    • Demonstrated capability to convey ideas, information, and instructions clearly and concisely.

    Educational Background

    • A university education is preferred, with a degree in a relevant field considered advantageous.

    Industry Knowledge

    • Familiarity with jewelry and gemstones is advantageous but not mandatory. We recognize the importance of diversity in our team and welcome applicants from various backgrounds.
