Goex Logistic Service is seeking reliable and motivated Courier Riders to join our team in the Lahore zone. This role primarily involves ensuring timely and accurate home delivery of packages, maintaining excellent customer service, and handling items with care. The Courier Rider role is critical in maintaining the smooth logistical flow of goods from warehouse to customer doorstep. Responsibilities include daily route planning, verifying delivery information, and communicating effectively with customers and team members. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work under minimal supervision while supporting their team to meet performance goals and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of 10 courier riders to ensure smooth delivery operations within the designated Lahore zone.
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes efficiently to meet customer delivery schedules and optimize fuel consumption.
- Pick up parcels from the warehouse and ensure accurate delivery to customers doorsteps with care and punctuality.
- Verify package details and obtain customer signatures or confirmation upon delivery completion.
- Maintain clear communication with the dispatch team and customers to report delivery status, delays, or issues.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws and safety standards while riding and handling packages.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing queries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Monitor and report any vehicle maintenance needs or incidents involving delivery equipment.
- Train, motivate, and support team members to improve productivity and achieve service level targets.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and fuel usage for daily and weekly reporting.
- Assist with inventory control and proper handling of parcels to minimize damages and losses.
- Ensure personal and team adherence to company policies and delivery protocols at all times.
