Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.

As an Admissions Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet and meet customers, understand their profiles (qualifications and experiences), and guide them towards suitable universities and courses.
  • Information Provision: Provide timely updates and information regarding the admission process to students/customers.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the Operations team to ensure each customer/student receives comprehensive support throughout the admission process.
  • Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to address their queries and concerns.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of all interactions and counseling sessions.
  • Event Participation: Represent the institution at education fairs, school visits, and other promotional events as needed.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the education sector to provide accurate advice to students.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Counseling background is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals
