Duty Controller

Go for Customer (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a conscientious and detail-oriented Duty Controller to oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth communication and coordination during shifts. The ideal candidate manages multiple tasks efficiently and responds promptly to any emergencies that arise. This role requires flexibility in working hours to cover morning, evening, and night shifts. Strong communication skills and the ability to operate shift scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications are essential for success in this position. The Duty Controller plays a key role in maintaining operational continuity and supporting overall business objectives without managing a team.
Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate operational activities across various shifts to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the day and night.
Utilize shift scheduling software to organize and adjust shift assignments effectively based on operational needs and staff availability.
Maintain clear and timely communication with different departments and stakeholders to address operational issues and promote coordination.
Respond quickly to emergencies or unforeseen events, implementing appropriate procedures to mitigate disruptions and maintain safety.
Perform comprehensive monitoring of operations using Microsoft Office tools to record data, generate reports, and track performance metrics.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing urgent issues and maintaining a calm and organized work environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards during all shifts to uphold quality and reliability.
Provide status updates and handover information to incoming shift personnel to ensure continuity of operations.
Identify potential operational challenges and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and responsiveness during shifts.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, schedules, and communications to support transparency and continual improvement.
