Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our team to develop a new and dynamic platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of full-stack development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. The developer will be responsible for end-to-end development, from front-end interfaces to back-end infrastructure, ensuring the platform is scalable, secure, and user-friendly. From the second year of your tunure, there is possibility of reallocation to Dubia.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Development: Build, test, and deploy a secure, scalable, and responsive platform with a seamless user experience.
Front-End Development: Design and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, ensuring responsive design across various devices.
Back-End Development: Develop a robust backend, including database architecture and API integrations, with an emphasis on security and performance.
Database Management: Set up and manage databases with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain high standards in platform stability and performance.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, technical processes, and user guides.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

Full-Stack Development: Proven experience (3+ years) in full-stack development with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue for front-end; Node.js or Django for back-end).
Database Management: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and experience in designing and optimizing database schemas.
API Development and Integration: Strong experience with RESTful and GraphQL API development, as well as third-party API integrations.
Security Best Practices: Solid understanding of security principles, including data encryption, secure authentication, and protection against common vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL injection, XSS).
Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for hosting, scaling, and securing the application, including knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), automated testing, and deployment best practices.
UX/UI Understanding: Basic understanding of UX/UI principles to create a responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interface.
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, with the ability to handle iterative development and evolving requirements.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AI/ML: Familiarity with artificial intelligence or machine learning frameworks and their integration into web applications.
Mobile Development Experience: Knowledge of mobile app development or responsive web design frameworks.
Project Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, and Confluence for task tracking, collaboration, and documentation.

Additional Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing relevant full-stack development work or GitHub profile with sample projects.
