This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad, Pakistan, for a Chat Support Executive. As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads through social media platforms. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Must have experience generating leads through social media platforms.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with an emphasis on responding and generating leads through social media platforms.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using customer service software and other online support tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred, but not required.
